In 1992, when he was still a university student, Ferhan Demirel started his career in the sales department of an international transportation company. Thus he stepped into the logistics sector. In 1994, at the age of 24, he founded TTS to make his young entrepreneurial dream come true. He had a vision to offer a boutique service to his customers and a peaceful environment to his employees. Now, he continues to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the company to make TTS one of the best in the sector.
In 2011, Şahver Demirel joined TTS as Finance Director and continues to work as a Board Member. She started her career in foreign trade and worked as a logistics manager for many years. With the sector experience she has gained, she manages the relevant departments at TTS as a Board Member responsible for Air & Sea Operations, Human Resources and Quality, Finance and Accounting.
In 1995, Ali Tuba Şenol joined TTS in the operations department and currently words as an Operations Manager for Germany, Benelux Line. Ali Tuba Şenol, who also has a maritime background, changed his department with his interest in land operations and successfully continued his career in this field. He ise also responsible for pricing and all operation process management and development in the related lines.
In 2016, Hakan Çil started his TTS career with the establishment of the Italy service and is currently the Italy Operations Manager. Hakan Çil started his career in the tourism sector and then continued his studies in this field with his intense interest in the logistics sector. With his proficiency in Italian and many years of industry experience, he manages all line development, pricing and operation processes as Italy Operations Manager at TTS.
Ceylan Örge, starting in 2018 with the establishment of the air and sea operations department at TTS, currently words as an Air and Sea Operations Manager. She started her career as a maritime operations specialist. Nowadays she continues her career by gaining experience in air operations. With her long years of industry experience and knowledge of operations and pricing, she manages all processes as Air and Sea Operations Manager at TTS.
In 2022, Suna Güher Özalpan joined TTS as France Line Manager with the establishment of France service. Afterwards, she started her career as an overseas marketing representative and continued as a domestic and international sales and operations manager. Thanks to her French language skills and experience in France, she manages line development, pricing and all operation processes within TTS.
In 2008, Halil Şahbazoğlu joined TTS in the sales department and is currently the Sales and Marketing Manager. He started his career in the fleet department, in the logistics sector. Afterwards, he continued his career in customer relations, business development and sales in different companies. With his long years of industry experience and operational knowledge, he manages sales and marketing, business development and new customer acquisition processes at TTS.
In 2021, Zeliha Deniz Genç joined TTS in the sales department and is working as Key Customers Sales Manager. She started her career in the call center and customer relations. She continued her career in the logistics sector in the fields of operations, customer relations, business development and sales. Zeliha Deniz Genç, who successfully manages the processes related to key customers thanks to her sector experience, manages business development, new customer acquisition and deepening processes.
In 2020, Berna Duman joined TTS as a Human Resources and Quality Manager. Before then that she worked in the valuables logistics and telecommunications sectors for many years. After working in sales and operations departments, she aimed to continue her career in Human Resources. She has experience in performance, payroll, employee relations, training and development, talent management, selection and placement. She manages all Human Resources activities, quality management and certification processes within TTS.
In 2000, Filiz Çömez started working in the accounting and finance department of TTS. She is currently working as the Accounting Manager. Since she wanted to advance her career in accounting, she completed her education in this direction. In 2006, she received her Certified Public Accountant certificate. Filiz Çömez is currently responsible for all accounting processes of TTS.
