In 1992, when he was still a university student, Ferhan Demirel started his career in the sales department of an international transportation company. Thus he stepped into the logistics sector. In 1994, at the age of 24, he founded TTS to make his young entrepreneurial dream come true. He had a vision to offer a boutique service to his customers and a peaceful environment to his employees. Now, he continues to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the company to make TTS one of the best in the sector.
Şahver Demirel joined TTS Logistics in 2011 and currently serves as General Manager and Board Member. Starting his career in foreign trade, Demirel has continued his professional journey at TTS Logistics and, since 2020, has been responsible for the management of Agencies & Networks, Air & Sea Transportation, Finance, Human Resources and Quality departments.
Ali Tuba Şenol began his career at TTS Logistics in the Operations Department in 1995. With over 30 years of industry experience, he currently serves as Deputy General Manager responsible for the Germany, Benelux and France routes, Procurement Operations and Fleet Management. Following his background in maritime transportation, he continued his career in road transportation. He is responsible for pricing, operations management, procurement and process development across his areas of responsibility.
In 2016, Hakan Çil started his TTS career with the establishment of the Italy service and is currently the Italy Operations Manager. Hakan Çil started his career in the tourism sector and then continued his studies in this field with his intense interest in the logistics sector. With his proficiency in Italian and many years of industry experience, he manages all line development, pricing and operation processes as Italy Operations Manager at TTS.
In 2022, Suna Güher Özalpan joined TTS as France Line Manager with the establishment of France service. Afterwards, she started her career as an overseas marketing representative and continued as a domestic and international sales and operations manager. Thanks to her French language skills and experience in France, she manages line development, pricing and all operation processes within TTS.
In 2008, Halil Şahbazoğlu joined TTS in the sales department and is currently the Sales and Marketing Manager. He started his career in the fleet department, in the logistics sector. Afterwards, he continued his career in customer relations, business development and sales in different companies. With his long years of industry experience and operational knowledge, he manages sales and marketing, business development and new customer acquisition processes at TTS.
Seyfi Gülbakan, who started working at TTS with the establishment of the Fleet department in 2020, serves as Fleet Operations Manager. He started his career in logistics operations and then continued in fleet management. With his industry and fleet management experience, he leads all fleet processes as a Fleet Operations Manager at TTS.
Nefise Şenol began her career at TTS in 2002 as an Overland Operations Supervisor and, as of 2025, continues to serve as the CR and Operations Development Manager. She started her professional journey in road transportation operations and gained extensive experience in field and operations management over the years. With more than 20 years of industry experience, she now contributes to operational efficiency and service quality at TTS by managing both customer relations and operations development processes.
